Zooming down serpentine descents, flattening hilly centuries, and cruising with the ladies, Trek's Lexa S C does all that and more. Its Alpha aluminum frame and carbon fork are light, stiff and velvety smooth for all-day comfort. The Lexa was designed from the start with women in mind, so it offers a custom fit you'll love. And, it boasts legit components including a wide-range FSA/Shimano 18-speed drivetrain for sailing over climbs and powerful dual-pivot brakes for total control on the way back down. Other noteworthy goodies include the Bontrager wheels and tires, the comfy, supportive Bontrager women's saddle and the reliable Bonty bar and stem.

This is my first road bike. I've owned it for two days. I've already put in over 50miles easily. As I type this I'm thinking of going for a night ride. I loved riding before but this Lexa makes riding a breeze. I took on two hill ( I hate hills) and didn't break a sweat. The ride is smooth. I'm able to ride longer without feeling fatigued. The seat is very comfortable which amazed me. The one thing that I wasn't fond of and had to swap out were the pedals. In my opinion the strapholders were cheap looking and the pedals were too small. I'll ride it longer and see if my review changes but as of now I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
