Bought a kids bike from us?  Want to trade up?  Bring it in, let us check it out and we'll give you up to 50% of the purchase price toward a new bike. (does not apply to small adult frames)
Some policies, the Nitty Gritty
We think our manufacturer's warranties are great, but when it comes to the day to day -- we back you up.  Included in all bike sales is a free tune-up (a 55$ value!),  free flat repair and free brake, gear and bearing adjustments for a year -- in short, if something doesn't seem right, bring it in and we'll make it right, most often for free. Oh and btw -- on hybrids/comfort bikes we throw in the kickstand!

Returns
We're reasonable people, we happily deal with reasonable requests.  Due to the incredible array of products we carry and the custom nature of bike sales, our policy is returns for store credit only.  Remember, we're not Wal-Mart, we do less business in a year than they do in a day (maybe even just a few hours)!  We can't afford to just throw away returns nor can we pressure our suppliers to take things back -- the bike business is overwhelmingly run by people who do it because they love it not because they're getting rich.   Guidelines --  You may return a bike for store credit only within 3-days if in new/unused condition.  Sorry, no returns on special orders.  Receipts must accompany any exchanges!  After 30 days (non-bike), it's too late!
